9am old scale Mass: 338 lbs. 39.6% Body Fat. 45.5 BMI.

After evacuation, the old scale showed 334 lbs so I tried the newer digital scale and found that I can use the newer digital scale again which is more accurate but tops out at 333 lbs. This is good news as I’m losing weight. The accuracy of the old scale is within 5 lbs. The accuracy of the digital scale is within a pound. So that’s 15-20 lbs lost since Dec 1st, 2013 – good start; I’ll get very excited when I drop below 295 lbs… as that will be real significant progress breaking out of the static pattern I’ve been in. Onward with melting Peter!
