Yes it was wonderful. I’m still digesting it.

It was easy to make too. The potatoes need half an hour and the steak 22 minutes. Both in the same oven.

The most important aspect is to have as fresh veggies as you can get. A fresh cut of meat, beef, ham, turkey, chicken, fish, … also really makes the meal. This cut of meat, the bottom sirloin with a high amount of marbling was super tasty with that fat. Must have fat to lose weight.

This type of Russet Potato is fantastic because it does really well baked and the moisture of it’s surface enables the salt, pepper, and other seasoning you might choose to put on it to stick to the surface and get baked in/on. It gives a very nice presentation to the potato wedges as well as a wonderful flavor. Season to taste of course.

Thanks. I love cooking as much as I love eating and working out to burn off what I eat.
