This is a bowl of shrimp that I cooked up last week. For veggies I ate some raw carrots with it.
Cooking shrimp is easy. First buy uncooked shrimp.
Remove uncooked shrimp package from freezer and put into large frying pan which has 1/4 inch of water in it. Set to hi and let the iced shrimp chunk unfreeze. As the ice melts break off pieces and spread around. When the ice is gone evenly spread the shrimp and lower heat to medium and cover. When they turn orange they are cooked.
Serve with two bowls, one for the shrimp and one for the pealed skins.
Best served with Crosse & Blackwell shrimp or seafood cocktail.
