Body weight strength training methods such as hot yoga and calisthenics plus free weights and old school strength training methods with nutrition and science rounding out maximized health for my body.

A journey of my lifetime unfolds moment by moment, one day at a time, driven by excellence towards targeted results.

While I have a long way to journey before reaching the results of the man in the above photo and other “target” photos on this web site, I have begun and real results are occurring. Onward to the future now!
