Large people twerking out as in werking out as in working out! Awesome, get that body moving! That is most important. Feel The First Full Feeling ™ in your stomach and belly areas and stop eating, leave the table, move away from the food, move the food away from you, now! Stop eating when you feel full the very first time in a meal. I lost over 68 lbs doing this in about nine months! My medical doctors where blown away.

The diabetes endocrinologist said that fewer than 8% of people my size at the heaviest ever lose that amount of body mass. It’s simple. Stop eating when you feel full when eating, even if it’s just for a fraction of a second. It takes conditioning just like exercise so keep at it, it took months before massive results where seen in my body. You will fail. It doesn’t matter, pick yourself up and Stop Eating The First Time You Feel Full. Period. Werk it. Move that body too.
